✨ DDB 21st CCLC After School Clubs – Creator Club Magic! ✨ In Mrs. Lacksonen’s Creator Club, stories aren’t just read… they come alive! 📚✨ Each week, our students dive into a great book and then bring the story to life by creating their own treasures inspired by the adventure. The creativity, imagination, and excitement in the room is incredible! We love watching our readers become makers—and seeing how each child interprets a story in their own unique way. 🌟 Here’s to more creativity, curiosity, and hands-on fun in DDB'S 21st CCLC After School Clubs! 🎨💡📖 #21stCCLC #CreatorClub #AfterSchoolMagic #ReadCreateInspire #DDBStrong #DDB #COCSD #COTTONWOODOAKCREEKSCHOOLS #DRDANIELBRIGHT #21STCENTURYCLUBS

We are excited to partner with Mingus Mountain again for another incredible Winter Camp! The last two years have been such a hit, and we are thrilled to offer this amazing experience to our students once more. Please see the details below.

Join us for a Parent Meeting on Monday, December 1st from 5:30–6:30 PM at the District Office Board Room (1 N. Willard, Cottonwood).
This meeting is not required, but families who attend will be able to enroll for camp at the meeting. Come with your questions and learn about our district’s amazing partnership with the historic Mingus Mountain Camp and Retreat Center.

District-wide enrollment opens Tuesday, December 2nd.

As with last year, a non-refundable $25 t-shirt payment will be due at registration.
We are always grateful for wonderful parent volunteers. Please remember that all volunteers must be cleared through Human Resources and have a valid IVP card on file.

We cannot wait for our 3rd annual Winter Camp at Mingus Mountain.

🌟 EPONA Leadership Club 🌟
Where horses, learning, and fun come together!
DDB's 21st CCLC After School Clubs are so proud of the EPONA Experience, with Ms Carlson and trained equine learning facilitator Laurie Brander. This amazing experience gives our students an incredible opportunity to grow. Each week, students visit Laurie’s training arena in Camp Verde and work hands-on with her amazing horses. They guide the horses through obstacle courses, building leadership, communication, and a deeper awareness of the world around them.
Horses are phenomenal teachers, and the growth we see in students who complete the EPONA program is truly inspiring! 🐴💫
A huge thank you to Ms. Carlson for your wonderful leadership and dedication to this program—you make such a difference! ❤️
