Throughout September, we’re making attendance a little more fun with RAD — Random Attendance Days! Each week, one school day will be secretly selected as our RAD Day.
To earn the special RAD Day treat, students must:
Be at school all day
Arrive on time — no tardies
Not be checked out early
The catch? Students won’t know which day is RAD Day! 👀 So show up, be on time, and stay all day—you never know when it might be your lucky day! 🎁

Proposed capital bond projects at Dr. Daniel Bright School include lighting, parking lot and asphalt work, sidewalk safety repairs, HVAC and roofing repairs, well and septic systems, a public address system, safe and secure entry access and network infrastructure. Proposed bond investment: $6,700,000.

As part of the Safe Stop Coalition program, the Cottonwood Police Department had three officers following school buses throughout our routes to help protect students by watching for drivers who fail to stop when bus stop signs are extended.
A heartfelt thank you to Chief Freudenthal and the dedicated officers of the Cottonwood Police Department for your commitment to keeping our children safe. Your partnership, visibility, and dedication give our students and families peace of mind as they begin each school day.
