What a Season for the DDB Basketball Boys A Team! 🏀
The team had an incredible season, competing in 27 games and making their first-ever appearance in the AZ Small School JR High Championship Tournament!
Their hard work and dedication paid off with admirable finishes:

🏅 4th Place – Verde Valley League Championship Tournament

DDB first grade is learning about volcanoes! Mrs. Gardner's class made lava lamps to see what magma does before a volcano erupts and painted fizzing volcanoes using baking soda and vinegar.

One of the activities we absolutely love is Reading Buddies! Our 8th graders get to team up with the kindergarteners, stepping into the role of big buddies and role models for our little Falcons. The kindergarteners always light up with joy when they see their buddies around campus, and it’s so heartwarming to watch their connections grow!

Our Dr. Daniel Bright Fundraiser begins today! Each student will be going home with a Boarding Pass! We are asking students to complete the Boarding Pass assignment with their parents/guardians tonight and return their completed Boarding Pass TOMORROW to earn the Boarding Pass prizes as well as be entered in the drawings! Our goal is 100% student participation with the Boarding Pass tonight!
Falcon Athletic Update:
Today we will be playing home against Oak Creek. There will be three games today starting at 3:30 (Boys B). Followed by our girls A-Team (4:30 ) We will end with the boys A-Team. (5:30) There will be NO girls B-Team game. Again, all three games will be played at Dr. Daniel Bright.
